Professional Attention to details Kind and Helpful

Right from the beginning Ferne was deliberate, experienced, and calm. These characteristics were obvious from our first call with her, where we introduced ourselves. She fully answered our questions about how home sales worked, and how to make an offer based on market conditions. One of the main things she did during our search was to remind us of our checklist of requirements. She explained to us early on she felt this was one of her main roles as a realtor. When Ferne was not available to be with us in person, she had a team of two other realtors who stepped in for her. Ferne always let us know when, where and how to contact her team members so we could communicate effectively and continue with next steps in the process of buying our house. We'd recommend Ferne to anyone looking for a realtor who will keep you on track for the type of home you're looking for, and who will do so in a professional, calm manner. It was obvious to us that Ferne has a lot of experience in helping people find properties, and we benefited from all her experience.

As a first time home buyer, Ferne was able to provide sound advice in helping me find the right home for me.
